Whatever your event, Klehm can provide a unique and natural backdrop for your occasion. Whether it be business or family related, a celebration or a reflection, the grounds at Klehm create an atmosphere to cherish and remember. Our meeting rooms and banquet gallery can accommodate 30 to 300 guests for seminars, reunions, birthday and anniversary celebrations, open houses, fundraisers, trade shows and parties. In addition, Klehm offers 155 acres of woodlands and beautiful gardens for participants and guests to enjoy!
For rental events at Klehm, clients choose from an extensive list of Klehm Select Caterers for food, beverage and bar service for their event. These caterers have been carefully chosen to provide the highest quality service and attention to detail for our rental clients.
The Garden Pavilion & Terrace
Our newest venue is a spectacular white tent structure nestled into the beautiful park like setting that defines Klehm Arboretum. The 100’ x 60’ tent can accommodate up to 500 seated dinner guests on a level, paved surface just a short walk from the main parking lot. An adjoining terrace allows guests to spill out into an inviting space surrounded by lovely gardens under sunny skies or starlit nights. The perfect spot for parties, meetings, gatherings and special events of all kinds. Close to bathroom facilities and handicap accessible, the venue also features side wall curtains for inclement weather, water service, and electricity. Catering prep area can easily be set up within the structure. Available for rentals June through October.
Gallery Banquet Room
Located inside the Visitor’s Center, this 3500 sq. hall can accommodate all occasions, from elegant dinners to trade show expos. Six glass sliding doors lead to an outdoor patio, overlooking Klehm’s new Contemporary Perennial Garden. All of this is just a few steps away from the arboretum’s main walking path and beautiful Fountain Garden. Capacity is 225 for a seated event, 330 for open reception format. A large screen and WiFi are available. Our grounds and facilities make us the ideal business meeting venue for your next event.
The perfect venue for showers, grad parties, executive seminars, corporate luncheons and information fairs. The site has its own restroom facilities, refrigeration, water and newly added Accessible Deck overlooking the Demonstration Gardens. Conveniently located on the main walking path of the arboretum and surrounded by continuously blooming gardens. The site can hold 30-40 people with tables and up to 50 with theater-style seating. Large drop-down screen available.
Visitor 's Center Classroom
Perfect for small workshops, lunches or meetings, the classroom can seat up to 40 comfortably. Screen and WiFi is available here.
The Garden Pavilion is an ideal setting for corporate events and parties.
