Take a deep breath and revel in the beauty of the moment during this 75 minute flowing yoga sequence for grounding and energizing. Let the natural surroundings inspire you to plant your feet, put down roots, and grow as each pose unfolds. Enjoy a long, deep guided relaxation in savasana to close class. All levels of experience welcome. Teacher Tammie Ciciura will offer instructions/options for modifying the poses to suit your personal needs. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Class size is limited.

Outdoors, you can do yoga, which means “union” in Sanskrit, by connecting with nature in a way that’s deeply rejuvenating.
