Completed applications may be mailed to Klehm Arboretum & Botanic Garden (2715 S. Main Street, Rockford, IL 61102) or emailed to amills@klehm.org.

Please Note:

  • For your application to be considered, both the Vendor Registration Form and the last page of the Vendor Agreement must be completely filled out and signed.
  • Completed applications must be submitted by Friday, May 21, 2021. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered.
