She sat on a moss covered log deep in the silent forest.
Eyes closed. Mind and heart open.
At first it came as a small trickle.
Then it began its steady flow.
And when it ended, she knew.
Ease into this night with the setting sun and the rising of the moon. Open yourself to the wisdom and understanding that comes in many forms and from many sources. Tonight, let nature be a conduit for deep insights. Come,
immerse yourself in nature, open your mind, pay attention to your heart, let your spirit dance in the sky and return to you with almost forgotten truths.
This is a slow, silent, guided contemplation walk through the forest. Wear footwear suitable for trail walking in the woods, and dress appropriately for whatever the weather might bring. You are welcome to bring trekking poles if you wish.
Because this is an after hours program and the arboretum will be closed to the general public, please plan to arrive a few minutes early as the gates will close promptly at 6:00 PM. Group size will be limited, so register early to be sure to secure a spot!
In the event of severe weather, we will post cancellation information on the Klehm website, and participants will be notified by email.
